     Recognizing the public health crisis created by the accessibility                                                          
     and pervasiveness of pornography; and recognizing the need for                                                             
     education, prevention, research, and changes in public policy to                                                           
     address the harms caused by the accessibility and pervasiveness of                                                         
     pornography in communities in the state.
